What happens when a fault develops? BT fixed it free. What about Post Office?Do they fix it free?

The Post Office should get it fixed for free too. The only problem is that The Post Office can only contact BT Whosale Line Rental Faults between 9am and 6pm Mon - Fri and not on bank hols. Therefore if your line develops a fault then you could be with out a phone for some time.
