I don't know who believes these or not, but there are a couple of things that weren't mentioned in both of these. Firstly, with the moon landings, we see fantastic photos that are alleged to have been taken on the moon. Anyone who knows anything about photography will tell you that even small doses of radiation will totally destroy photo film, yet the cameras used are seen openly mounted on the front of the astronauts. How could the film survive all the radiation throughout the missions? This is something that has never been mentioned. Now, "The Men In Black". We are told that they always appear after UFO sightings and will intimidate people into withdrawing claims of sightings and making them sign affidavits that they will never talk about what they saw. Apparently nobody knows who the men in black are or who they work for, so where do the affidavits go? They must be filed somewhere. I'm just, like, saying. Y'know?

Fair enough Naomi . One should never attribute to malice what can be adequately explained by stupidity.

and a tip: have the maturity to realise that silence is more powerful than having the last word
Oh my. :o)
Oh my indeed. It's an advert for goodness sake. Like Naomi really thought it was your dad!
Retro....no! no! I don't think that naomi's comment was a "cheap jibe"............I thought it was very funny....worthy of the prestigious award of.....BEST ANSWER.
I posted a full rebuttal of the ' Moon landing was fake' theory on here a year or two ago. But the main point is that the 'space race' between the USSR and USA was really an arms race, all about who could develop the biggest missiles and get an advantage in a nuclear war.
The USSR constantly beat the USA in the 'space race' .
First satellite 'Sputnik 1 ' USSR. First animal in space USSR .
When the USSR launched Uri Gagarin into a full multi orbital space flight it was a hammer-blow to the USA. They were years behind and knew it. The conclusion was obvious. If the USSR could had a rocket powerful enough to launch a manned capsule into orbit and then bring it down where they wanted it, they could launch a warhead into orbit and bring it down in the USA ! That meant that they could hit the USA by surprise, at that time there was no way to track an object in Earth orbit.
The USA went into full panic mode, they strapped Alan Sheppard onto the top of the biggest missile they had and launched him into a sub orbital 'hop'. Until then the USA had been concentrating on the Bell 'X' series of rocket powered aircraft to get into space. (Sheppard's capsule was actually a modified cockpit from an 'X' craft.)
The 'X' craft project was hastily abandoned and resources put into pure rockets.
When the Apollo project took off it finally turned the tables on the USSR who were bitterly jealous, and watched every move in a hope they could discredit the USA . Even the smallest slip by the USA would have been a political windfall to the USSR, that is why the Moon landings could never be anything but 100% genuine.

My Father swore the moon landings were contrived and he was in a little better position than most to make an educated assumption.

Unless you add a bit more to that it is meaningless.
Talbot, I assumed that retro meant that her father was very tall but perhaps he had a ladder too.

(As much as guitarists might want to watch what he's doing in his solo, this vid has slapped one of those crazy claymation sequences over the top. You do, however, get to see what the keyboardists and xylophone/marimba/percussion players get up to, unexpurgated).
