Does anyone know the warranty period of double glazed window glass ? Not just individual DB installers, but units that can be purchased or installed individually. This is because we have one unit that has condensation between the glass. Thanks

The large companies (i.e. Anglian) give a warranty of 10 years. (At least they did when ours was installed). We had a garage window installed by a small local supplier which had a 5 year warranty so I suspect the small companies have different length warranties. If you have one particular window fpane which is causing condensation problems, the actual glass unit will need to be taken out of the frame and replaced with a new sealed unit but the frame can remain intact and shouldn't need to be replaced. If you live in a house where the windows were installed by a previous owner and don't know the warranty situation, ring around a couple of double glazing suppliers for a quote.
