Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

99. The Up Train (9, 7). I'm still puzzling over several potential answers to this one, none of which I'm entirely confident with. Starlight Express, Funicular Railway, Highlands Express, etc. etc. I have just found a lot of references on the internet to "Lightning Express" - and now I'm really confused! Any more thoughts anyone?

Hi daff24, I don't know the question but, from the information you have given, I would say 'funicular railway' is the most likely. A funicular railway does go up and down whilst the others stay horizontal.

Have only just read this post but it sounds like it's been going on for some time. I have an idea which you may think is completely off-track (so to speak) but could the "up" be a play on the abbreviation for Union Pacific?

Afraid I haven't been able to get any further with my thoughts... and I'm not sure if that's made things better or worse for you.
