like the rest of us Woof
Baldric, I thought you had found your ideal home, what have I missed?
Blimey, hope your tortoises will be ok Woofgang. How many have you got ?.
Ah, I see thanks, knee problems here as well!

Sibs we're over 3 floors where we are now that's a lot of steps if your knees don't like it, and it's up to me to keep the OH happy (and creak free ;o)
It's got similar 180° sea views, more parking and should be ok.
computer games gness......
Baldric, that sounds lovely. I want a bungalow for the same reason but can’t see my way clear to do it for a year or two.
Have fun, Woof...hope the torties are fine....

Off to bed myself.....all looks okay over the road...family cars are there....but I'll mess around on padi for a while to make sure....xx
Daughter has the answer for us I think or so she says, her holiday home and eventually her retirement home
two torts, one is my pet from childhood so I know she is at least 50 years old, very likely more as she was just about full grown when I got her; the other I adopted a few years ago, I know she is more than 80 years old from documentation from previous owners. I am well used to the hibernation thing, the first cold night or two are worrying though.
Right I'm off thanks for the craic xx
I can remember them putting the tortoise into hibernation on Blue Peter as a kid. Into a box packed with straw if I remember correctly.
G'night Psybbo x.
The craic can be good, Psyb...still smiling at Dave's tights thread....☺
that’s right tony only now I have two max min dual sensor thermometers in each box, independent thermometers monitoring the shed air temp and a heater plugged into an thermostat plug and then into an RCD. Some people use larder fridges for hibernation, you get excellent thermal control but twice in my life I have seen a larder fridge’s thermostat fail and it ice up completely over night so i aint got the bottle to do it.
What your doing sounds good, Woofgang.
Keep them away from the larder fridge !!!!
hopefully this will be the final check and can get my head down.....
