Copying contact details from mobile to mobile

Hi all, I have 2 mobile phones. For one phone, the number is known by a select few, the other one has the number I give out on forms, etc.

My question is, is it possible to copy across the contact details from one to the other? I know this is possible when you're changing numbers, but I'm not sure of how it works - all I need is a 'copy and paste' if that's possible!!

Thanks.

Copy all the numbers you want from phone A to the sim card, put the sim card in phone B, then copy them to the phone.

Et voila

Thanks for the quick response. All of my numbers are on the SIM card, so would it be a case of copying them from there to the phone, then putting the new SIM in and copying them from the phone to the new SIM? I'm not sure there's enough memory on the phones, but I'll give it a whirl. Thanks again!

It's either that, or you can back up your sim on one of these

That's the first one I came across.
