Do you mean audio description? Or if you mean narration at the beginning or during a film that is part of the narrative of the film (a voice-over), then the actor will vary from film to film depending on who was hired. They will usually be credited at the end of each film. If you mean an advert for Sky Movies Christmas films, the voice-over at the end is Michael Gambon, who had done a lot of Sky advert voice-overs.
