Im getting married next year, im trying to keep the cost of my dress down as im also saving money for a house too.

Ive heard mixed reviews on these wedding dress websites that are based mainly in china but it would save me a lot of money if I got a good one.

Does any of you ladies know good websites or had any bad experience with these?

Beware
If you are a standard size this outlet might be good:

Don't forget the option of hiring a dress or buying from eBay.
I bought a bespoke one for about £150. The quality was fine and it turned up in good time but I didn't end up wearing it as it I went off the style. My reasoning was that if i didnt like it i wouldnt be too out of pocket. I went with a very reasonably priced one from Monsoon in the end which was really lovely and simple. There was an article on today's Rip Off Britain, coincidentally, where a girl bought a prom dress which was awful quality but they wouldn't take it back. I think you do take a risk with these places.
This was the site I used http://www.merledress.com
There are some charity shops which sell bridal clothes. You might find something suitable in your area
