I went into the co-op tonight and it was well kicking off, there was shouting and abuse and it was quite scary, luckily they had to cease and desist to serve me and so I didn't hear the final outcome, but I thought it my duty to relay the sequence of events to [email protected] as it asked me on my receipt 'How was your shopping trip today?' and I love to share.......

B00 what is a local operations manager in the co-op, i am the operations supervisor where i work but how do the co-op work? this complaint has been passed to that person locally.
