Morning all
Has anyone been to Costa Brava/Santa Suzanna in March. We are going for a short break but im hoping that all the bars and ciggie shops are not all shut for the winter.
Any advice would be appreciated

Costa Brava in March?? weather at least can be unpredictable, but more a chance of wet weather. Bars will be open (Spanish bars) but the majority will be closed up (British bars) till the season starts in late May. Estancos for tobbaco products are normally open but with a slightly different horario (opening times) till season start. Only one or two in the area will be open on a Sunday A few will only open Saturday afternoon. The taxi drivers are a good source of which one will be open.
Should have said. A few that are open Saturday will open Saturday afternoons,

Thanks malagabob. I know......... it wont be as cold as here tho. Taking the old man on a short break for his birthday and getting stocked up on the ciggies. There is nowhere else we can go that allows you to bring back a large amount of cigs, so the costa's it is
