Would you support another nation's right to kill him in a surgical strike?

That's an odd question, Everton. I have to wonder why you've asked it and where it's going to end up.

There is a leader of the Chetchens in the UK as a political refugee. The Russians claim he's a major terrorist in their country.
I hope they don't decide to drop a bomb on him. I believe he lives somewhere in north London.
If we were protecting him, sure bomb away. However, if he was just hiding here then no.
If it is just one person then there are some very good assassins who think nothing of coming over here with poisoned umbrellas or maybe some radioactive chemical to tip into his tea. Why make all the racket with bombing the ba8srd

I wouldn't want a known terrorist walking my town
as long as he at a villa game at the time.
My town is full of them :-( Belfast, by the way
Oh but think of the mess a bomb would make, all for one tidgy terrorist, if it was half a dozen, yes.
Is it true that you cant drive in Belfast with UK reg plates ?

No. It's safe enough whatever the registration plates.
If he lives in N London, hopefully somewhere near the Emirates Stadium
snap Elvis
In order for me to answer the question to your satisfaction you need to define the term “surgical strike”.

Here's Wikipedia's:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Surgical_strike

As you can see, the phrase has more than one interpretation. Which one are you enquiring about?

If you are suggesting that it is right and proper for our security services to kill an individual (if no other alternative exists) who is willing and capable of murdering civilians because of his/her political/religious/idealogical beliefs then the answer is an unequivocal 'yes'.

By the way, I love the way you've worded the question by starting your sentence with the word 'If'. Very amusing.
So you mean for example if Britain was harbouring someone who'd blown up military installations in North Korea

Would you be OK with North Korean agents killing him the way the Russians killed Litvinenko

Yes I know it was a few years ago now here's a reminder
