i think i've remembered the name of the place correctly!

Years ago, we passed through this place on the way to robin hoods bay from blackpool (on a shiny brand new kawasaki ZZR!)

Anyhoo, we called at a pub/inn on the way. I seem to remember it was on its own, quite remote. It was amazing! Roaring log fire, real ale and amazing food.
We really didn't want to get back on the bike - it was so warm and welcoming! If we hadn't have been meeting friends, we would have checked in for a week.

We always promised to go back, but have never beeen that way since.

Does anyone have any idea what it may have been called?
Thanks

Hopper?
Several web pages state that Blubberhouses only has one pub (although, of course, there may have been several in years gone by):
