Has anyone traveled to the USA through Toronto. I am going to Pittsburgh in January and the best deal appears at the moment on Air Canada with a change in Toronto to a flight to Pittsburgh. I anyone knows the set up I would very much appreciate the info.

Not sure of the arrangements with Canadian Immigration in Toronto, but you will clear US Immigration and customs in Toronto and hence effectively arrive in Pittsburgh on a domestic flight.
