Bought a tee shirt in slovakia with phrase, I ANIOEY MAJA DOEY, written on it, does anyone know what it say,s? Hope its not rude!

Why did you buy a T-shirt that you didn't understand?

Are you sure about the spelling, and could it be Polish? I don't speak Slovak.or Polish, but my detective work reveals the following:

'Anioł' means 'Angel' in Polish and 'anioły' means 'Angels'. 'I' means 'and' in Polish and Slovak (there are two words for 'and' in Slovak, 'a' and 'i'.

'Maja' is a popular girl's name in the Slavic countries. 'Doey' might be her surname. So my best guess is that this young lady, Maja Doey, is an angel...

Thanks for the answer, bought the shirt from a road side cafe it also has a funnny picture on which is what appealed to me.
