I am going to Boulogne tomorrow on a day trip via Eurotunnel.
Am I right in thinking I can bring back ham, salami and cheeses from an EU country ?

In Chris's apparent absence, this is from the UK Border Agency's official download:

If you are travelling from a country within the
EU (see the list on page 4), you may bring in
any meat, dairy or other animal products.

you are allowed
a combined weight of up to 10kg per person
You may bring in a limited quantity of other
animal products, such as fish, bivalves, honey and
eggs.

many thanks Count -A-Strong, just want to bring a few "tasters" nothing mega
.Dont suppose you can tell what the weather will be like with a 6am start its hard to judge.
Thanks for that, Count.

Except when emergency restrictions are in place (as during the BSE crisis) you're allowed to move an unlimited quantity of foodstuffs between any two EU member states. (The 10kg limit on dairy products only relates to foods imported without the proper import documentation).
