M4 closure Newport

Can anyone tell me if the stretch of M4 J28- 24 at Newport S Wales will be closed 20:00-06:00 as it is now on Sunday 1st August.

An extremely useful website Chris but unfortunately irrelevant in respect of Wales.

There will be intermittent overnight carriageway closures whilst the work [on the M4 variable speed limit scheme] is carried out. On each occasion the closures will happen between 8pm and 5:30am with diversion routes fully signposted. Details will be posted on the Traffic Wales website, via its SMS and email updates and on roadside variable message signs. You can also find out more by listening to traffic and travel bulletins on the radio.

Thanks ABerrant....very useful site. This stretch of the M4 is very busy and dangerous, so anything that makes it safer is to be welcomed.
