Suitcase with seat attached, where online can I buy one in the UK

I have been looking for a suitcase with a seat attached for my mother to use when she is travelling but I have only been able to find websites in America, not any in the UK, does anyone know any?
I say Tony Benn in the paper which he has patented but it won't be available to sell here for a while.

this was featured in one of the big nationals recently, either over the weekend or early this week - try the Mail or the Telegraph - some 'worthy' was involved with the invention and it was reported. sorry can't be of more help

it was in the daily mail i think on wednesday, yes it was tony benn and some other chap. looked a great idea!
