after going to swindon outlet yesterday we then went on to bath. i had been before and liked it, probably about 6 yrs ago. this time i really and truly hated it. realy sorry if you are from bath. we drove in and saw chavvy people and lots of single young mothers with pushchairs. although the historic buildings and river are amazing features i still felt an air of unease. as we sat having dinner on an outside table, a woman kept coming past, 3 times, asking for money each time. she looked a druggie. she was then around the corner waiting on our way to the car park whi ch was down by the college. what is the profile of this city, has it changed much in recent years?

how you tell the marital status of a mother from her pushchair?
sorry you didnt enjoy Bath we live 6 miles from there and regularly go on our days off.we love it. i am afraid there isnt a by- law banning certain people from the city centre.i suggest you try again, and concentrate on the beauty of the city.
yer because on a weekday mum and dad are always out pushing the children. You're right jno it doesnt make them single. I think whatever town you go to you will find this now compared to 6 years ago.
