hi, i am from Pakistan but lived in UK for about 8 years i used fake british passport to live in UK,finally got caught and was sentenced 12 months imprisonment for using false instrument and deportation to Pakistan after that,My wife and my 2 year old daughter are americans national by birth now i have applied for green card from paksitan and i have no plan to conviction ,but want to know?? will i get spouse visa(green card) in first interview or iwill have to apply for hardship waiver???please help

It isn't really a travel question either - it's a legal one.

Don't know the answer and am not willing to do research on behalf of a fraudster to find out
