Hi
Has anybody been to this hotel and if so has anybody had a family room that sleeps 4. I have tried to book it online and it keeps telling me that the max number of people in a room is 3. Surely with the size of the hotel there must be rooms for a family of 4. Would be grateful for any help.

Just because a hotel has a lot of rooms (628 in this case) there's no reason to assume that they will be of different sizes. The majority of modern hotels, throughout much of the world, generally seem to have only twin-bedded (or double-bedded) rooms but (as with the Susesi Hotel) an extra sofa bed can normally be accommodated within each room, taking the maximum number of occupants to three.

I note that you're trying to book independently but the Thomson website may still be regarded as a reliable source of information. Quote: "All rooms sleep up to 3 with 1 double or twin beds and extra sofa bed . . . "

This page from the Hotels own website lists the combinations of 4 bedded rooms:~

By trying to book on this webpage:~

I found quite a few dates with 4 bedded rooms available. If there is nothing appearing it just means that there are no 4 bedded rooms for those dates.

I hope this helps?
Sorry, annoyingly those pages both appear to be the same, where one of them should show you the 4 bedded room description..
I hope this WILL!
