Holiday with grandparents/teenagers

I'm planning a villa holiday at the end of August/beginning of September with my 78 year old mum and four 19-22 year olds. Cost is an issue and it seems the cheapest villas with pools are in Minorca but I don't know if it's too child orientated for them. The other places I was considering were Estepona/Mijas Costa/Calahonda or Denia/Calpe/Javea.

Does anyone have any recommendations on which of these places would be most suitable? They're not really looking for wild nightlife, just somewhere with a few bars and a few nightclubs. Thanks.
