Easyjet cancellation

Booked 3 tickets & need to cancel only 1. Is this possible? I would like a refund or maybe a credit of some sort. On web site I can only see anoption to change name or flight at £25 charge....help please!

easyJet is a non-refund airline save as provided in our "Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage" and in these Carrier's Regulations.

You can only claim a refund in the 24 hours after booking. After this time your only option is as you stated.

You can only change the name or the flight with easyjet but if you used a credit card which allows for cancellation insurance and you have a good reason for cancelling you can get it refunded through them. This is what I do as it's too much of a risk booking well ahead of time and then becoming ill or a member of the family taking ill etc.
