I received through the post an offer of a 3day cruise, 3day stay in Spain for two persons, for an admin fee of 20 for holiday pack that includes dates and details, but that is refundable if I do not take the holiday.

Is this a genuie offer or a scam, the letter does state no presentations, no timeshare and no purchase required.

This is a scam ! It is run by a woman who has been involved in a number or other scams. You would be lucky to get your 20 back ...... let alone a free holiday !
Anyone who posts 20 off to a random person who says they can have a free holiday, deserves to lose it.
>Is this a genuie offer

Of course it is genuine, loads of companies get rich offering 20 holidays.

No such thing as a free lunch comes to mind!! I am one of the toughest people to deal with but a few years ago I finished up being so pressured I gave a deposit for a time share!!! Did get it back but those people are so devious. Forget it, I would.
