I used mine, I suppose you can always ask cabin crew
My son took his last time we flew. As with phones they ask that they are switched off during take-off and landing and now to use any wireless technology. It may depend on each airline though

Just check with the airline Kos I'm sure they'll have a website
It can be used after take off and not on landing.
It's definitely a yes because I've used mine several times. As others have said though you aren't allowed them on during take off & landing. Hope this helps. Kath.
