Can anyone recommend any nice resorts in Turkey?

I'm looking for somewhere family orientated thats not too hustle and bustle but also with plenty for the kids to do (waterparks etc). I've been told that Bodrum and Marmaris are fairly hectic.

Looking on the net a place called Olu Deniz looks quite nice. Even though I dont want banging clubs it;d be nice to have some night life around (decent bars and restaurants)

I'm going to Olu Deniz this year, been several times before, last time being 3 years ago, alot of families do go there, the Lagoon is very safe for kids, its a big Paragliding area not that i have done it and have no intention of jumping of a mountain. The food there is fantastic. I believe there is or was a water park at Calis beach,as i said its been 3 years since i last went and there is probabley more there , every year it changed. You will get hassled though , i think that is the same where ever you go you just need to ignore it politely.
I for one cant wait ....7 weeks and counting
I have also been to Olu Deniz and it was brilliant. Although I didnt have any children with me there were plenty around so it must have something to offer for families. I would have no hesitation in returning there and bring my daughter too.
Olu Denis is absolutley beautiful and great for families
just make sure you have air con as it is very hot indeed.

Thanks for all the great answers. Its certainly swaying me towards Olu Deniz!
Icmeler is also a lovely resort. Have been a couple of times before and we are trying to get booked there for this year. Hope you enjoy your holiday.
i went to Alanya 2 years ago and loved it but it is a 2.5 coach journey from the airport at Antalya, but along that coast road from Antalya there are lots of lovely resort hotels and especially at Side, I would say any round there would be great

My youngest son is in Marmaris this week (his third time there) and he loves it, but it's a very lively resort which is why he goes..
Hi Olu Deniz is much nicer ,I think , than Bodrum, Marmaris,Icemeler,Dalyan.

It has plenty to offer and is near to Feithye, Ovacik,Hisaronu and Calis if you should get bored. The water park at Calis is Ok but not fantastic.

Plenty of shops and restaurants.

Have been visiting Turkey for years and have to say it is one of my fav resorts
