YOu don't *need* any, some are recommended, i went just over a year ago and didn't bother and i'm fine. Check the back of travel brochures for the recommended ones, or speak to you GP if concerned but it's not somewhere where you have to have the injections. Having said that i stayed in the moonpalace etc when i was there and barely ventured out the complex, if i was staying more rural shall we say then i would have got them.
Having been to Mexico several times, I would say venture out of your complex we found it completely safe and rode on buses with the locals.  Have Hepatitis A and Typhoid just as precaution, once you have had the booster as well they last ten years and you are covered to go other places, plus you WILL want to return to Mexico because it is a magical place, and no holiday wants to be remembered for what you catch, remember it is just a precaution Mexico is fabulous
