Anyone out there able to advise which car seats are deemed "approved" by BA? They seem unable to tell me!!! My daughter will be 11months old when we travel with them & want to be sure we take the right car seat for the flight. She's got her own seat but I'm sure that doesn't mean much!

I travelled quite a bit when both my kids were either babies or small. We never actually took the car seats on board, although we usually took them as hold luggage. When they were small the airline provided a sky cot and when they were a bit bigger a reclining bouncy chair (like the sort you have at home). Both fixed on the tables in front of us. They must be the bulk head seats, where you have a wall in front of you. You may need to request these in advance.
