do you have to pay seperate to use the pool and spa in the novetel hotels? or is it included in the price?

No idea, but you might have more luck with answers in 'Travel' rather than body & soul :)

According to this page from the Novotel Cardiff website,the only paying bit is the Solarium:~

However,it might be wise to ring/email them first to confirm this?
