My son hit his head in Dublin and the doctor charged me 40 euros, later the wound didnt heal and I took him to Hospital where I had to pay 20 euros more. My hoilday insurance with Ryan Air states that I cannot claim for less then a 100 ( excess) I know it's not hugh amounts but can I claim the money back, if so where?

Unlikely I'm afraid. An Excess of 100 is quite normal these days and unless you have separate personal accident cover on your household policy or elsewhere which has no excess you're lumbered.
