I went to Goa last year and the best thing i found was, Paludrine/Avloclor Anti-Malarial Travel Pack, it contains 7 weeks worth of tablets (7 strips of 2 Avloclor & 14 Paludrine) which is enough for a two week stay as its recommended that you take them for one week before your holiday, during the two week stay and for four weeks on your return. I bought my pack from tescos pharmacy for about 18, but I'm sure all major pharmacys will have them or be able to order them. One thing I would say is don't take them on a empty stomach as they will make you very sick (as i found out!).
You can buy them here for 14.50 and p+p is only 1.19. http://www.expresschemist.co.uk/product_6605_PAL319S.html
I took the same for a two month stay, these are the ones doctors and pharmacys recommend
