its difficult but not impossible. Buy with friends, save a larger deposit, find a part buy property and rent part, get a lodger?

Prices are starting to slow down at present, if you want to live next door to 4getmenot then my old flat is for sale at the moment. �75k with 5% deposit paid for mortgage
