Austria to Italy - over alps

Can anyone suggest the most scenic route from Austria (anywhere) to Italy (lake Garda) over the alps? Will be driving later this week. Distance isn't an issue, but I'd like something that's breathtaking.Thanks

Some really spectacular scenery is through the Berner Oberland (around Interlaken) in Switzerland, especially around Lauterbrunnen. You can then board onto the train through the L�tschberg tunnel. This tunnel is very dark so take a torch or something if you're claustophobic!
