I would like to know if anyone has a record on a man
by the name of cheever who was hanged or lynched in arizona in 1886 or 1887- near or around Fort Bowie

This was as Cheever at Wounded Knee I have read, the cemetary at Fort Bowie is famous for the burials during the conflict with Geronimo etc.,, you would need to be contacting more local historians I guess
