Electricity in France/Should I buy a converter?

My cell phone charger says that it will accept "100~220" volts of electricity at 50/60 hz. Do I need to get a converter for traveling in France? I have the plug adapter necessary, but will voltage be a problem?

Voltage will not be a problem. That message means the charger will accept ANY voltage between 100 and 220. All you need is the simple adaptor so you can plug your 3 pins into the back of the adaptor to go in the French 2-pin mains outlet
