The Grafton Hotel (www.thegraftonhotel.net) is �25 for a single room, and a couple of minutes walk from the infirmary.

Thanks looked this hotel up on tripadviser and it sound pretty rough, even just for one night.

manchester royal infirmary is on wilmslow road buses go past every couple of minutes till late at night and when students are in uni they run into the early hours of the morning so you could use one of the hotels in or near the city centre if you can get a decent price offered.

Be careful around the actual infirmary area, it's at the rough end of lively.
