Cooking courses in Chang Mai?

Has anyone done a good cooking course (3 day or 1 week) in northern thailand? I know this is a popular thing to do in chang mai, so looking for personal recommendations here. (There was a link to one which sounded good on answerbank already but didn't say which school they went to or price!)

HI I went on a cooking course about 2 years ago just for one day and it was brillaint, it was called The Master Thai Chief cooking course, run by Permpoon and Suriyan Nabnian,
