Norton 360 and email problems

I've just installed Norton 360 and have 2 users that use my PC.

I have installed it under my login (which is the main one) and my email works fine.

However when the second user logs on and tries to send/receive emails it does not work (they do not get the green tick marks to say it has completed the send/receive) and get red X's instead.

Sorry I can not give any more info on what error it says. I am not working from my PC at the moment so I can not give any precise info.

Anyone else had this problem?
