Maximum daily temperatures at the end of November are typically around 18C. But, with sunset before 5.00pm., don't expect them to stay that high for long. However, they only fall to around 12C overnight.

Valletta typically sees 79mm of rain during November (which is roughly the same as London's 76mm). During December, Valletta averages 112mm of rain (which is significantly higher than London's 79mm).

Don't expect to do much sun-bathing but you should still see some reasonable weather, possibly interspersed by some wet intervals. Sea breezes can add a wind-chill factor to evening temperatures, even during the warmer months, so dress fairly warmly after dark.

I've been at this time of year and wouldn't go for shorts, t-shirts etc, but it's not unpleasant although it can be wet. Malta is lovely and the people are great so enjoy your break.
