try teletext on the tv and latedeals.co.uk. Just came back from a holiday booked on teletext and it was fab my mum swears by teletext she has booked all her holidays for the last 5 yrs on it!!

lastminute.com and lastsecond.com Try also lollipop.com (or is it .co.uk) as this has very cheap holidays cancelled at short notice by other people.
