my partner is british but moved to canada when he was 4 with his parents and moved back to england when he was 25, he is now 34, he was schooled there. he wants to move back to canada but not sure if they would let him live there without having a good skilled job or a visa. would he be able to move back there no questions asked or would he have to go through the same rigmaroll as everyone else?
