sounds like a stupid question ? I can't find any means of contacting ryan air,

I need to know if I can carry a towbar as luguage and as it won't go in a suitcase how I should pack it

I'd guess that, as for bicycles and sports equipment, you'd have to make advance arrangements (involving an additional fee) for the carriage of a tow bar:
