I was wondering if anybody could help me please. I am a British lady wanting to move to the USA, but i have 7 counts of deception of my record from 2 years ago. It was for minor money, but the thing is i know if you want to go to the USA on holiday that you can just go and say you have no record and that the chance that they don't stop you or catch you. But when you want to apply to live and work over there you have to take them a up to date report of you criminal record from Scotland Yard along with you. We all know that the US embassy will use anything to deny you entry into the country. But i have money and i have qualifications. I just want to know if anyone has any suggestions of how i could get around this. I will do whatever it takes. thank you

You can not buy your way in to the USA, nor pay to have your criminal record cleaned.

You will just have to be honest and hope for the best.
it does not matter how much money you have, you cannot hide the fact you have a criminal record, and you will never get rid of it,no matter what you do,its there for life, and it will show up on a crb check.so you have no chance what so ever of living legally in the USA.
From what you write, it rather looks as if you haven't learnt the lesson of your deception 2 years ago. What you are implying could be another deception. As said above, it won't work, and if you try it you could well end up in a far worse situation.
Well as said, you need to be honest. Are you going to be sponsored by a Company and go to a job there ?? If not how were you thinking of going. You can't just 'apply to live there' you have to be eligible in some way, either by marriage or sponsorship or some other means of entry. It is a very long and involved process and you may well find that it prevents you from ever living there as previously stated.

the line 'I'll do whatever it takes' says it all.

the crime was only 2 years ago, and you'll be denied a visa beacuse of this - not beacuase they want to use any excuse to keep you out.

I would think twice before trying to fool them. It will come back to haunt you big time.
