I am looking to book my family two week summer holiday for 14th August 2007. The last two years we have been on All Inclusives to Majoraca but we want a change. It has to be airly cheap. We would like to go self catering this time. We also want a swimming pool or access to a very local pool. Ideally the apartments should be located close to a hotel that offers evening entertainment to keep our two young boys (6 & 3) entertained. Either Greece or Ibiza, Menorca. Does anyone have any good suggestions? Thanks

Turkey is very good for self-catering - the Hisaronu area is excellent. I've been about a dozen times now, and even if your self catering hasn't got a pool, you can use any hotel pool, as long as you buy the occasional drink! Its very cheap there as well in terms of eating out.
