Can you travel with a packet of hair colour that contains hydrogen peroxide? Obviously it would have to be checked in, but I want to know if even that is permitted before I spend money. I will be travelling between Bahrain, Dubai, Singapore and Australia on Emirates.

IATA regulations, which apply worldwide, prohibit the carriage of bleaching agents (referred to in the regulations as "oxidizers and organic peroxides, including bleach") within the hold of an aircraft.

Additionally, they prohibit the carriage of 'bleaching substances' within the cabin.
