The flight i am looking to book arrives in CDG at 8pm. I understand the VEA disney shuttle bus stops at 7.45pm. Does anyone know how to get to the park at a reasonable cost that time of evening (in Nov)?? Thanks.

If you're travelling on a Friday or Sunday you can still take the shuttle bus. (It runs until 2130 on Sundays and 2200 on Fridays).

Otherwise, you'll probably have to travel via central Paris. The RER trains are fast and cheap. Take Line B to Chatelet Les Halles and then follow the 'correspondence' signs to Line A for a train to Marne-la-Vallee. (That's the same station which the Eurostar services to Disneyland arrive at. I assume that transfer into the resort will be easy from there).
