Hi,

Please don't tell me off for being in the wrong section - I've posted it in Travel aswell, but I know there are a few northerners on here too - so here goes!....

Has anyone ever been to the Centre For Life Museum in Newcastle-upon-Tyne?....

Is it suitable for small children (3yrs)?
Is it any good?

Thanks
A xXx

ive often passed it on my way round eldon squre but never went in yet, have you tried typing it into google it might tell you whats going on in there sorry i cant be much more help wyx
When Iv`e seen it advertised always thought it was maybe 7 years upwards. Never been can never seem to get past the Metro Centre.
Yeah I've been, it didn't impress me much but I was with kids around 10 yrs old and under and they seemed to enjoy it. Brightly coloured, not as interactive as you would hope and very simpified science.. They run films too so it's not just an exhibition thing. It would probably be visually entertaining for a 3 yr old but is aimed at older I would say. Think it's quite expensive too - still, a few years now since I visited.
HI yes I've been but I think it is aimed at older children than 3 year olds. It is not cheap either. I'd wait till he/she is older
