Has anyone stayed at the Ibis in Carlisle? Is it any good? I hear that its quite basic and noisy from the drunken revellers outside. Its very central though!

It's an Ibis. It will be like an Ibis!

They are all clean, comfortable and have everything you really need, i.e. bed, telly, shower and loo. Ask for a room at the back if you are worried about the noise.
