Worst was Jamaica
best was Cancun, Riu Caribe.

Worst was Cancun old town, frightening and intimidating, and that was just my daughter!!!!!!!
Best...New Zealand.
Worst....Minehead...sorry to anyone who lives there, but to me it was a place to get out of very quickly.
Best manmade was Venice, best natural was Hawaii
Worst in UK was Blackpool, worst abroad was Dominican Republic (both s***eholes)
Best Jordan, worst Florida
Best Hawaii.........Worst was Dominican Republic
Best, Ocean Isle,N.Carolina, worst, Probably Bulgaria. We've never had a real bad holiday though
Best Australia Worst Iran
Best was a hard choice between Capetown and Borneo Both were absolutely fabulousworst was many years ago in Benalmadena when travel agents swore it was a complete resort and all it was was half boult hotels
Best place Okavango Delta, Botswana.
Worst place Tarifa Spain. Not particularly the place itself, but the ego-maniac German leader of the group I was in.
Best Thailand Friendly people, Great Food, Cheap Prices, Hot Weather. Beautiful beaches,Temples Ect.

Worst France. Rude People, Expensive Prices, Cold Weather and Four small beers cost me 40.
Of all the places I have been to in Europe Greece was the biggest let-down: both unsuccessful and successful attempts to rip me off in the ten days before their Christmas came thick, fast and furious. The place where life seemed cheapest was Nigeria (a colleague shot, human bodies left to rot in the street), although I have no regrets because I made some new friends and found an old one there. I have never been to Australia and don't expect ever to go there, but I very much like Iran. Best and worst are personal and relative terms - I am not sure I can name my choices.
Best - Lebanon, great food, wonderful people, historical sights, great wine, amazing blend of meditteranian and arabic culture and excellent chilled nightlife.

Worst - Dubai - false, materialistic, pretencious, no culture.
Best-Venice. You havent lived, you havent breathed until you have been to Venice.

Worst-None of them havebeen truly awful, but something in these places has made me not want to revisit them:

Rome-aside from its cultural sites, much of Rome was dirty, covered in graffiti, gypsies stealing, and some unfriendly Romans. Plus the hotel was 3* but a massive dissapointment with rude staff.

Amsterdam- We had our things stolen while we were out, they were kept inside a locker, the locker was busted open! I saw many bikes stolen on the streets whilst there. Also very cold, damp weather. Not truly awful, there were good things about Aamsterdam.

Athens (in 2001): old, dirty, congested, too hot! Transport problems, taxi drivers sticking as many people in their taxi at the same time. Meh.
Best Barbados and Dalyan in Turkey. Sharm el Sheik a good runner up.
Worst Arenal in Majorca - certainly changed from my earlier years.
Best place was Rome in April when it's not too hot or busy and the worse was Mykonos - absolutely dive.
Best: Dubai
Worst: Majorca
Best: Croatia
Worst: Dominican Republic
Best: Malaysia (Seychelles are close second)
Worst: Cuba
