anyone done a guided tour round south of spain?

im wanting to do something special for my 40th, i love everything culturally Spanish and would love to see Granada, Seville, Jerez, not particularly Malaga , on a guided tour perhaps. Anyone done this and if so, how did you find it? preferably a week flying from midlands if possible
