The guy on 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire?' last night thought it mught be the south of France but answered 'Italy' - and lost. Biarritz is in France but on the Atlantic coast, at the western end of the Pyrenees about 20 miles from the Spanish border. It is an elegant place - but don't rely on good weather!
